How does the Arthritis Health Kit work?

How long should I use The Arthritis health Kit?

In order to fully cleanse your body of toxins and allow your body to become fully mineralised, you will need to use this kit for at least three months. You should start to notice a positive difference within the first month.

What do I need to do while I am using The Arthritis health Kit?

The most important thing that you can do while using the Arthritis Health Kit is to change your eating habits. Without proper nutrition your body will not be able to heal itself and you could be doing more damage to your system.

Also, regular but non-stressful exercise is strongly recommended. Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise to improve your strength, allow you to lose weight and build up muscle tissue which can reduce the load on your joints.

I am currently taking prescription medicine for my arthritis, can I use The Arthritis health Kit at the same time? Should I stop taking my prescription medicine?
